Tryout registration page for birth years 2016 and 2015.
Tryouts are open to skaters from any organization. No release is required to tryout.
A signed letter of commitment and non-refundable deposit will be required when accepting a position on the team.
Attendance at tryouts is expected. Players unable to make a tryout must contact Joe Giordano at jgiordano@noreasterhockey.com
Matt Loftus
U10 Head Coach
Matt is a native of Simsbury, CT. He played college hockey at Rivier University NCAA Division III in the Eastern College Hockey Alliance (ECHA). Matt was the team leading scorer for the Connecticut Nighthawks of the USPHL and the Connecticut Chiefs of the Eastern Hockey League (EHL). Has been coaching youth hockey with the Northern Connecticut Lights under Dan and Joe Giordano for the past two seasons while in college. In addition to assisting with Lights practices, Matt also served as a coach for spring and summer skills sessions at the International Skating Center of CT
